أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، وَابْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ، قَالَا:
إِذَا كَانَ يَسْعَى فَهُوَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْحُرِّ، وَمِيرَاثُهُ بَعْدُ لِلَّذِي عَلَيْهِ، وَوَلَاؤُهُ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْحِصَصِ
