قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: مُكَاتَبٌ بَيْنَ قَوْمٍ، فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يُقَاطِعَ بَعْضَهُمْ، قَالَ: لَا، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُ مِنْ مَالٍ مِثْلُ مَا قَاطَعَ عَلَيْهِ هَؤُلَاءِ
