أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ: "
رُدُّوا الْخُصُومَ حَتَّى يَصْطَلِحُوا، فَإِنَّ فَصْلَ الْقَضَاءِ يُورِثُ الضَّغَائِنَ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ
