أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْنَا
أَنَّ الْحَكَمَ " يَجُوزُ قَوْلُهُ كُلُّهُ فِي الِاعْتِرَافِ بَيْنَ الْخَصْمَيْنِ، إِلَّا فِي الْحُدُودِ.
