أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ
فِي رَجُلٍ قَارَضَ عَلَى الشَّطْرِ، فَانْطَلَقَ الْآخَرُ فَقَارَضَ عَلَى الرُّبُعِ - قَالَ: " مَا قَارَضَ فَهُوَ نَصِيبُهُ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ قَدْ سَفَلَهُ بَعْضَ الْمَالِ فِي يَدِهِ، فَأَعْطَى ذَلِكَ خَطَرًا لَهُ وَلِصَاحِبِهِ
