أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ
فِي رَجُلٍ أَخَذَ مِنْ رَجُلٍ مَالًا مُضَارَبَةً، فَعَمِلَ بِهِ، وَخَلَطَ فِيهِ مَالًا، وَلَمْ يَعْلَمِ الْآخَرُ - قَالَ: " إِنْ هَلَكَ الْمَالُ فَلَا ضَمَانَ عَلَيْهِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ فِيهِ رِبْحٌ فَهُوَ بِالْحِصَصِ
