أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ دَفَعَ إِلَى رَجُلٍ أَلْفَ دِرْهَمٍ، فَجَاءَ بِأَلْفِ دِرْهَمٍ، فَقَالَ: هَذِهِ رِبْحٌ، وَقَدْ دَفَعْتُ إِلَيْكَ أَلْفًا رَأْسَ مَالِكَ، وَلَيْسَ لَهُ بَيِّنَةٌ. وَقَالَ صَاحِبُ الْمَالِ: لَمْ تَدْفَعْ إِلَيَّ رَأْسَ مَالِي بَعْدُ - قَالَ: " لَا رِبْحَ لَهُ حَتَّى يَسْتَوْفِيَ هَذَا رَأْسَ الْمَالِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِيَ بِبَيِّنَةٍ أَنَّهُ قَدْ دَفَعَ إِلَيْهِ رَأْسَ مَالِهِ
