أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ
رَجُلٍ دَفَعَ إِلَى رَجُلٍ مَالًا مُضَارَبَةً، فَجَاءَهُ بِالْمَالِ وَبِنَصِيبِهِ مِنَ الرِّبْحِ، فَدَفَعَهُ إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ ادَّعَى أَنَّهُ غَلِطَ - قَالَ: " إِذَا خَرَجَ الْمَالُ مِنْهُ لَمْ يُصَدَّقْ
