قَالَ عَوْفٌ: وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ:
إِذَا هَلَكَ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ، فَأَعْلَمَ صَاحِبَ الْمَالِ أَوْ لَمْ يُعْلِمْ، ثُمَّ ضَرَبَ بِهِ الثَّانِيَةَ - فَإِنَّهُمَا يَقْتَسِمَانِ الرِّبْحَ الَّذِي كَانَ فِي الضَّرْبَةِ الثَّانِيَةِ، وَيَكُونُ النُّقْصَانُ عَلَى رَأْسِ الْمَالِ الْأَوَّلِ خَاصَّةً
