أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ
فِي رَجُلٍ ارْتَهَنَ ثَوْبًا، وَأَخَذَ مِنْهُ الدَّرَاهِمَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ لِصَاحِبِ الثَّوْبِ: أَعِرْنِي أَلْبَسْهُ، فَهَلَكَ - قَالَ: " إِذَا رَدَّهُ، فَذَهَبَ الرَّهْنُ - هُوَ مِنْ مَالِ الرَّاهِنِ
