أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ وَابْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَرْهَنُ الشَّيْءَ، ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: هِيَ وَدِيعَةٌ، وَيَقُولُ الْآخَرُ: بَلْ هُوَ رَهْنٌ - قَالَ: " هُوَ وَدِيعَةٌ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِيَ الْآخَرُ بِبَيِّنَةٍ أَنَّهُ رَهْنٌ
