أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ قَالَ:
كَانَ الْحَكَمُ وَالشَّعْبِيُّ يَخْتَلِفَانِ فِي الرَّهْنِ يُوضَعُ عَلَى يَدَيْ عَدْلٍ، قَالَ الْحَكَمُ: " لَيْسَ بِرَهْنٍ "، وَقَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ: " هُوَ رَهْنٌ
