أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ. وَعَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ - قَالَا:
إِذَا وَضَعَهُ عَلَى يَدِ غَيْرِهِ فَهَلَكَ فَهُوَ بِمَا فِيهِ. قَالَ: وَسُئِلَا أَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ ؟ أَوِ الْغُرَمَاءُ ؟ فَقَالَا: " هُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ
