أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ
فِي رَجُلٍ اكْتَرَى مِنْ رَجُلٍ دَابَّةً إِلَى أَرْضٍ مَعْلُومَةٍ، فَأَبَى أَنْ يَخْرُجَ - قَالَ: " إِذَا جَاءَتْ مَنْزِلَهُ، فَغُدِرَ فِيهَا - لَمْ يَلْزَمْهُ الْكِرَاءُ
