أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ مَجْزَأَةَ بْنِ زَاهِرٍ
أَنَّ امْرَأَةً خَاصَمَتْهُ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ فِي دَابَّةٍ اشْتَرَتْهَا، فَكَانَ بِهَا شَرَطَانٌ، فَقَالَ صَاحِبُهَا: إِنَّمَا هَذَا مِنْ أَجْلِ الْمَغْبَرِ، فَقَبَضَهَا صَاحِبُهَا. فَمَكَثَتْ سِتَّةَ أَشْهُرٍ، وَخَرَجَتْ عَلَيْهَا إِلَى سَفَرٍ، ثُمَّ رَجَعَتْ فَأَرَتْهَا فَإِذَا هُوَ مَشَشٌ. فَوَجَدَتْ شَاهِدَيْنِ أَنَّ هَذَا الْمَشَشَ مِنْ أَجْلِ الشَّرَطَانِ، فَرَدَّهَا عَلَيْهِ شُرَيْحٌ
