أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ:
اخْتُصِمَ إِلَيْهِ فِي رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى دَابَّةً، ثُمَّ سَافَرَ عَلَيْهَا. ثُمَّ رَجَعَ، فَوَجَدَ بِهَا عَيْبًا، فَقَالَ الْبَائِعُ: إِنَّهُ قَدْ سَافَرَ عَلَيْهَا ! فَقَالَ شُرَيْحٌ: " أَنْتَ أَذِنْتَ لَهُ فِي ظَهْرِهَا.
