عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، وَحَمَّادٍ
فِي جَارِيَةٍ بَنَى بِهَا زَوْجُهَا، وَلَمْ تَكُنْ حَاضَتْ، ثُمَّ أَتَتِ الْفَاحِشَةَ، قَالَا: " إِنْ كَانَ مِثْلُهَا تَحِيضُ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهَا الْحَدُّ، وَإِلَّا فَلَا ".
