عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي الصِّبْيَانِ قَالَ: " لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَدٌّ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمُوا أَوْ تَحِيضَ الْجَوَارِي، وَمَنْ قَذَفَهُمْ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ تَجِبْ عَلَيْهِمُ الْحُدُودُ، فَلَا حَدَّ عَلَى مَنْ قَفَاهُمْ، إِذَا قَفَاهُمْ خَاصَّةً لَا يَذْكُرُ آبَاءَهُمْ، وَلَا يَذْكُرُ أُمَّهَاتِهِمْ ".
