أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: غُلَامٌ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً، وَلَمْ يَبْلُغْ أَنْ يُنْزِلَ، ثُمَّ زَنَى بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ، أَيُرْجَمُ ؟ قَالَ: " مَا أَرَى أَنْ يُرْجَمَ حَتَّى يُنْزِلَ إِذَا أَصَابَهَا " قُلْتُ: شَهِدَ رَجُلَانِ لَرَأَيْنَاهُ عَلَى بَطْنِهَا يُرِيدَانِ عَلَى ذَلِكَ قَالَ: " يُنَكَّلَانِ ".
