عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ حُجَيْرٍ، عَنْ بَعْضِ مَنْ يَرْضَى بِهِ كَأَنَّهُ ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ،
فَإِنَّهُ يُجِيزُ شَهَادَةَ النِّسَاءِ مَعَهُنَّ الرِّجَالُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا الزِّنَا، مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّهُنَّ لَا يَنْبَغِي لَهُنَّ أَنْ يَنْظُرْنَ إِلَى ذَلِكَ قَالَ: " وَالرَّجُلُ يَنْبَغِي لَهُ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَى ذَلِكَ حَتَّى يَعْلَمَهُ ".
