عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، وَقَتَادَةَ
فِي رَجُلٍ شَهِدَ سِتُّ نِسْوَةٍ وَرَجُلٌ بِالزِّنَا قَالَ: " لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَتُهُنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ ". قَالَ: " لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ النِّسَاءِ فِي حَدٍّ، وَلَا نِكَاحٍ، وَلَا طَلَاقٍ ".
