عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَا:
لَا تُنْكَحُ الْأَمَةُ عَلَى الْحُرَّةِ، وَتُنْكَحُ الْحُرَّةُ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ، وَيُقْسَمُ لِلْحُرَّةِ يَوْمَانِ، وَلِلْأَمَةِ يَوْمٌ، وَالنَّفَقَةُ كَذَلِكَ
