عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ: " قَالَ أَصْحَابُنَا:
أُمُّ الْوَلَدِ تُخَيَّرُ إِذَا مَاتَ سَيِّدُهَا، وَلَهَا زَوْجٌ وَالْمُدَبَّرَةُ وَالْمُكَاتَبَةُ، وَمِنَ الْحُرِّ أَيْضًا لَهُنَّ الْخِيَارُ
