عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ: وَيُقَالُ:
إِنْ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ مُكَاتَبَةٌ، فَلَا خِيَارَ لَهَا، وَإِنْ تَزَوَّجَهَا قَبْلَ الْمُكَاتَبَةِ فَلَهَا الْخِيَارُ ".
