✧ A slave girl being manumitted while with a slave, he has intercourse with her, and she does not know that she has the choice

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أُخْبِرْتُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
إِنْ أَصَابَهَا وَقَدْ عَرَفَتْ، فَلَيْسَ لَهَا الْخِيَارُ، وَإِنْ أَصَابَهَا وَلَمْ تَعْرِفْ فَإِنَّ لَهَا الْخِيَارَ إِذَا عَلِمَتْ، وَإِنْ أَصَابَهَا أَلْفَ مَرَّةٍ حَتَّى يَشْهَدَ الْعُدُولُ عَلَى أَنْ قَدْ عَلِمَتْ أَنَّ لَهَا الْخِيَارَ
