عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِنْ أَصَابَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَعْلَمَ أَنَّ لَهَا الْخِيَارَ فَلَهَا الْخِيَارُ إِذَا عَلِمَتْ، فَإِنْ عَلِمَتْ أَنَّ لَهَا الْخِيَارَ، ثُمَّ أَصَابَهَا فَلَا خِيَارَ لَهَا
