فِي رَجُلٍ أَنْكَحَ أَمَتَهُ بِصَدَاقٍ مَعْلُومٍ مُؤَخَّرٍ، ثُمَّ أَعْتَقَهَا سَيِّدُهَا قَالَ: " الْمَهْرُ لِلسَّيِّدِ، لِأَنَّهُ وَقَعَ يَوْمَ وَقَعَ، وَهُوَ لَهُ "
