عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ أَمَةً، ثُمَّ اشْتَرَاهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا قَالَ: " لَا يُعْطِي أَهْلَهَا مَهْرَهَا؛ فَلِأَنَّ ذَلِكَ إِنَّمَا جَاءَ مِنْ قِبَلِهِمْ، فَإِنْ دَخَلَ بِهَا فَالصَّدَاقُ لِلَّذِي بَاعَهَا "
