✧ A man having intercourse with his wife after she sees purity but before she performs ghusl

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلَ إِنْسَانٌ عَطَاءً قَالَ: الْحَائِضُ تَرَى الطُّهْرَ وَلَا تَغْتَسِلُ أَتَحِلُّ لِزَوْجِهَا ؟ قَالَ: لَا، حَتَّى تَغْتَسِلَ
Translation
✧ A person asked ʿAṭāʾ: the menstruating woman who sees purity but does not perform ghusl—is she lawful for her husband? He said: No, until she performs ghusl.
