✧ A man having intercourse with his wife after she sees purity but before she performs ghusl

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ،
أَنَّ سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ، وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ، سُئِلَا عَنِ الْحَائِضِ هَلْ يُصِيبُهَا زَوْجُهَا إِذَا رَأَتِ الطُّهْرَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ ؟ فَقَالَا: لَا، حَتَّى تَغْتَسِلَ.
Translation
✧ Sālim b. ʿAbdallāh and Sulaymān b. Yasār were asked about the menstruating woman: may her husband have intercourse with her when she sees purity before she performs ghusl? They both said: No, until she performs ghusl.
