عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ:
تَرِثُ أُمُّهُ مِنْهُ الثُّلُثَ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ
