عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ:
اخْتَلَفَ النَّخَعِيُّ وَالشَّعْبِيُّ فِي مِيرَاثِ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ فَبَعَثُوا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ رَسُولًا يَسْأَلُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَرَجَعَ فَحَدَّثَهُمْ، عَنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ أَنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ الَّتِي لَاعَنَتْ زَمَنَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ زَوْجَهَا، فَرَّقَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بَيْنَهُمَا فَتَزَوَّجَتْ فَوَلَدَتْ أَوْلَادًا، ثُمَّ تُوُفِّيَ ابْنُهَا الَّذِي لَاعَنَتْ عَلَيْهِ، فَوَرِثَتْ أُمُّهُ مِنْهُ السُّدُسَ، وَوَرِثَتْ إِخْوَتُهُ مِنْهُ الثُّلُثَ، وَكَانَ مَا بَقِيَ بَيْنَ إِخْوَتِهِ وَأُمِّهِ عَلَى قَدْرِ مَوَارِيثِهِمْ، صَارَ لِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ وَلِإِخْوَتِهِ الثُّلُثَانِ
