عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ:
جَرَتِ السُّنَّةُ فِي ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ أَنَّهُ يَرِثُهَا، وَتَرِثُ أُمُّهُ مِنْهُ مَا فَرَضَ اللهُ لَهَا
