عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ:
مَنْ يَرِثُ وَلَدَ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ تَرَكَ أُمَّهُ وَحْدَهَا ؟ قَالَ: " لَهَا الثُّلُثُ، وَلِعَصَبَةِ أُمِّهِ مَا بَقِيَ ". قُلْتُ: وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ ؟ قَالَ: " لَهَا الشَّطْرُ، وَلِعَصَبَةِ أُمِّهِ مَا بَقِيَ
