سَأَلْتُ عَمْرًا عَنْ رَجُلٍ جَعَلَ أَمْرَ امْرَأَتِهِ إِلَى يَدِ رَجُلٍ فَمَاتَ الرَّجُلُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقْضِيَ شَيْئًا قَالَ: " إِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَهَا وَاحِدَةً وَرَاجَعَهَا
