عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ بَعْضِ الْعُلَمَاءِ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ: إِنْ تَرَكْتِ لِي كَذَا وَكَذَا فَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ، فَإِنْ تَرَكَتْهُ فَهِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ
