عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، وَالْحَسَنِ، قَالَا:
إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: إِنْ تَرَكْتِ لِي مَا عَلَيَّ فَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ، فَهُمَا تَطْلِيقَتَانِ
