عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ كَانَ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا فِي غَرِيمٍ قَدِ اخْتَلَعَتْ نَفْسَهَا مِنْهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَأْثَمَ، فَأَثِمَ فِي الْأَجَلِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقْضِيَ غَرِيمُهُ ذَلِكَ، ثُمَّ بَدَا لَهُ نِكَاحُهَا، فَجَاءَ عَطَاءً فَذَكَرَ لَهُ ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ: " انْكِحْهَا
