عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ:
فِي رَجُلٍ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ بِطَلَاقِ امْرَأَتِهِ، ثُمَّ فَعَلَ الَّذِي حَلَفَ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْعِدَّةِ، قَالَ: " يَقَعُ عَلَيْهِ فِي قَوْلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَالشَّعْبِيِّ، لَا يَقَعُ عَلَيْهِ فِي قَوْلِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، وَالْحَسَنِ
