✧ Marriage, divorce, and taking back without evidence

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَ تَطْلِيقَةً أَوْ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ فَادَّعَى الرَّجْعَةَ، قَالَ: " يُسْأَلُ الْبَيَّنَةَ أَنَّهُ قَدْ رَجَعَ
Translation
✧ If he divorces one or two times and claims the taking back, he said: 'He is asked for clear evidence that he has taken her back.'
