✧ Marriage, divorce, and taking back without evidence

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا لَمْ يُشْهِدْ عَلَى الرَّجْعَةِ حَتَّى تَنْقَضِيَ الْعِدَّةُ، ثُمَّ ادَّعَى الرَّجْعَةَ بَعْدَ انْقِضَاءِ الْعِدَّةِ، فَلَا يُصَدَّقُ، وَإِنْ جَاءَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ أَيْضًا بِشُهُودٍ فَلَا يُصَدَّقُ
Translation
✧ If he does not have witnesses to the taking back until the waiting period ends, then claims the taking back after the end of the waiting period, he is not to be believed, and even if he brings witnesses for that, he is not to be believed.
