✧ What is permissible of play in marriage and divorce

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَعْقُوبَ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ الدَّبَرِيُّ قَالَ: قَرَأْنَا عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ بْنِ هَمَّامٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
مَنْ نَكَحَ لَاعِبًا أَوْ طَلَّقَ فَقَدْ جَازَ، وَقَالَ: " لَا لَعِبَ فِي الطَّلَاقِ وَالنِّكَاحِ
Translation
✧ Whoever marries in jest or divorces, it is valid. And he said, "There is no jest in divorce and marriage."
