عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ:
مَنْ طَلَّقَ لَاعِبًا أَوْ نَكَحَ لَاعِبًا فَقَدْ جَازَ
Translation
✧ Whoever divorces in jest or marries in jest, it is valid.
