I served the Prophet ﷺ for ten years. He never ever scowled at me and for something I had done, he never ˹accused˺ me asking, “Why did you do this?” and for something I did not do, he never asked, “Why did you not do this?” The Messenger Of Allah ﷺ had the best of characters among all people. ˹Also,˺ I have never touched khazz (damask), silk, or anything else softer than the palms of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, nor have I ever smelled musk or a fragrance sweeter than the sweat of the Prophet ﷺ.
