Mazyad said that from al-Awzāʿī. ʿUmar b. ʿAbd al-Wāḥid said, from al-Awzāʿī, from al-Zuhrī, from ʿAṭāʾ b. Yazīd, as a mursal report (mursal). The sound (ṣaḥīḥ) one is the hadith of ʿUbaydullāh b. ʿAbdillāh. Maʿmar said, from al-Zuhrī, from ʿAṭāʾ b. Yazīd, from Abū Saʿīd al-Khudrī. Ibn ʿUyaynah said, from al-Zuhrī, from ʿUbaydullāh b. ʿAbdillāh, from Abū Saʿīd, from the Prophet ﷺ. It was said to Sufyān that Maʿmar says it from ʿAṭāʾ b. Yazīd, and he said: Maʿmar erred. Al-Ḥumaydī said that from Ibn ʿUyaynah. ʿAbbās al-Baḥrānī narrated it from Ibn ʿUyaynah, from al-Zuhrī, from ʿAṭāʾ b. Yazīd, from Abū Saʿīd, and this is an error on the part of ʿAbbās. ʿAbdullāh b. ʿĀmir said, from al-Zuhrī, from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. Abī Saʿīd al-Khudrī, from his father, from the Prophet ﷺ.
