حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ، عَنْ عَائِذِ بْنِ نَصِيبٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ:
رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يُشِيرُ بِإِصْبَعِهِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنَ الْخَيْرِ كُلِّهِ مَا عَلِمْتُ مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ أَعْلَمْ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الشَّرِّ كُلِّهِ مَا عَلِمْتُ مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ أَعْلَمْ
Translation

✧ I saw the Messenger of God ﷺ pointing with his finger in the prayer. When he said the salam, I heard him say: O God, I ask You for all good, what I know of it and what I do not know, and I seek refuge in You from all evil, what I know of it and what I do not know.
