حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ حُجْرٍ الْمَدَرِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

" الْعُمْرَى هِيَ لِلْوَارِثِ، أَوْ قَالَ: " سَبِيلُهَا سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ

Translation
