حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ

أَنَّ أَمِيرًا كَانَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ يُقَالُ لَهُ طَارِقٌ، قَضَى بِالْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ عَنْ قَوْلِ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ.

Translation

✧ There was a governor in Madinah called Tariq who ruled that a life grant belongs to the heir, based on the statement of Jabir b. Abdullah, from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
