حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ زِرٍّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَجْتَنِي سِوَاكًا مِنْ أَرَاكٍ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ، وَكَانَتِ الرِّيحُ تَكْفَؤُهُ، وَكَانَ فِي سَاقِهِ دِقَّةٌ، فَضَحِكَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: " مَا يُضْحِكُكُمْ ؟ " قَالُوا: لِدِقَّةِ سَاقِهِ، قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَهُوَ أَثْقَلُ فِي الْمِيزَانِ مِنْ أُحُدٍ
Translation

✧ He used to cut a siwak from an arak tree for the Prophet ﷺ, and the wind would bend him over, and there was thinness in his shins, so the companions of the Messenger of God ﷺ laughed. He said: "What makes you laugh?" They said: At the thinness of his shins. The Prophet ﷺ said: "By the One in whose hand is my soul, he is heavier in the balance than Uhud."
