حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّائِغُ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ قَالَ

عَبْدُ اللهِ «مَنْ لَمْ تَأْمُرْهُ صَلَاتُهُ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَهُ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ لَمْ يَزْدَدْ مِنَ اللهِ إِلَّا بُعْدًا»

✧ Abd Allah said: “Whoever his prayer does not enjoin him to what is right and forbid him from what is wrong, he only increases in distance from Allah.”
